RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit on your purchases. Please take note that our processing time for returns and exchanges may take up to 7 business days once we receive your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
***All items are thoroughly checked for any defects or damages prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our product and we do not offer any warranty, repair or replacement of damaged items, they are up to the manufacturers' discretion.
- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS (unless item is damaged). We're happy to offer exchange or store credit ONLY within 7 days of the original receipt if you are returning item in store. For in store pickups, the same policy applies - you will have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item or receive store credit. IF YOU ARE SENDING AN ITEM BACK, we must receive the item within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive outside of the 14 days, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue you a store credit. It will be sent back to you at your expense.
- You can mail back items for exchange or you can bring them to our Banff location at 204 Bear Street and exchange them in store. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for exchange or store credit.
- We CANNOT offer exchange or store credit on: Sale items, accessories (including sunglasses, jewelry, hats, headbands, towels, belts, scarves & gloves), cosmetics, under garments (including lingerie, nipple covers, lingerie tape) or gift certificates.
- Sale items and all items listed above are all FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any tags that have been cut off or pinned on will not be accepted. Any item that has been worn, even for a short amount of time, will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Please refer to our return policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
2. Email email@example.com and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved.
PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back within 14 days since the package was delivered to you. If we receive the package outside of the 14 days, we will not be able to process your exchange or issue the store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. Drop your securely sealed package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via email. We will then set you up with an online code or store credit to use towards your future purchase in store or online.
