We are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit on your purchases. Please take note that our processing time for returns and exchanges may take up to 7 business days once we receive your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
To receive a store credit or exchange, we must receive the item back within 14 business days of the original receipt.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed or confirmed.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
As soon as your order has been placed, you should receive an email confirmation. However, there is no need to worry, once we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email that also includes your tracking number. Please give us a full 24 hours to process your order and send your tracking number.

Yes, our flagship store is located in Banff, Alberta, Canada. We are open 7 days a week.
Although we do have our online store for out of town orders, we do have an in store pick up option as well. Just use the checkout code INSTOREPICKUP and we will send you a confirmation email once it's ready to be picked up!
